We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. Your order is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing 

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. This allows us to source and prepare your selected piece, check it, and pack it for shipment. Processing time does not include transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, standard international delivery is typically estimated at 7–12 business days for destinations served by our shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, local postal handling, weather, public holidays, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

For planning purposes, please allow approximately 10–17 business days from order placement for processing and transit combined, plus additional time if customs or the local carrier experiences delays.

Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking details when available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the parcel enters the carrier network.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices and are the customer's responsibility. Address Accuracy

Delayed, Lost or Marked-Delivered Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel appears delayed, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, or we determine that an order was not delivered, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We will review the available information rather than treating a 'delivered' scan as the only factor in every case. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and undamaged items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
 The item must be in its original, unworn, and pristine condition.
 The item must be free from scratches, signs of wear, or alteration.
 The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the custom jewelry box, pouches, authenticity cards, and any complimentary gifts included.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom engravings or special size requests outside our standard size range).
 Final Sale items or items purchased during special liquidation promotions.
 Gift Cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer care team at support@luxelusterco.com, with your Order Number and the reason for the return (photos/videos are appreciated if there is an issue with the product).
2. Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure the box is sturdy to prevent damage during transit.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 Recommended Service: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
 Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take immense pride in our quality control. Before dispatch, a complete video of your item and its packaging process is recorded in our studio for full quality assurance.
If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product:
1. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

3. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
