Where do you ship?

We ship to destinations available at checkout. If your country is not listed, email us and we will check whether delivery is available.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are generally the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch. This is approximately 10–17 business days from order placement in typical conditions. Customs and local-carrier delays may extend the estimate.

When will I receive tracking?

We will email you after dispatch with tracking details when available. Tracking may take a few days to show its first scan.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible only before dispatch, and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if possible, and keep the item and packaging until we respond.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and undamaged items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
 The item must be in its original, unworn, and pristine condition.
 The item must be free from scratches, signs of wear, or alteration.
 The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the custom jewelry box, pouches, authenticity cards, and any complimentary gifts included.

Do you accept international returns?

Eligible international returns may be requested under our Returns Policy. Contact us first for instructions and use tracked shipping. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will work with you on a fair solution and reasonable return arrangements.

What is 925 sterling silver?

925 sterling silver is an alloy containing 92.5% silver. The remaining portion is typically another metal added for strength. Check each product page for exact materials and finish.

What does gold-plated mean?

Gold-plated jewelry has a layer of gold over a base material, such as sterling silver. Plating can gradually wear with friction, moisture, chemicals, and everyday use.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a gemstone known for its brilliance. It is different from diamond. Refer to each product page for the stone and setting details.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, and plated finishes can wear with use. Moisture, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, and sweat may affect appearance. Proper storage and care can help slow these changes.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and strenuous activities. Remove it before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store each piece separately in a dry place and clean it gently with a suitable soft cloth.

Will I pay customs fees?

Depending on your destination, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
