Damaged & Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at service@luxeluster.com with a photo And a short video of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
 Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
 Items must include all original packaging (luxury gift box, polishing cloth, and GRA Certificate).
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at service@luxeluster.com with your order number.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Refunds & Exchanges
 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
 Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we will ship your replacement item free of charge once the return is received.
